Card issuing

Cards for employees, customers or recipients.

Business clients can issue branded prepaid, gift or debit cards — physical and virtual — under their programme, with spend controls.

Virtual and physical programme cards

Virtual cards

Issued to a funded wallet or controlled balance. Useful when a recipient needs to spend before a bank transfer clears.

Physical cards

Contact and contactless cards where the issuing programme supports delivery. Branding follows the client programme.

Spend controls

Limits, merchant controls and freeze/unfreeze sit with the programme, not with an unmanaged retail product.

Who the card belongs to

The corporate client is the programme owner. Cardholders are employees, customers or recipients the client has onboarded.

Card scheme, BIN and statement descriptor are set with the issuer. Do not assume a public brand name will print on the card until that is confirmed.
